RestorEcology has received approval for a 35-acre natural habitat restoration project on Edwards Branch and four tributary streams near Goldsboro, NC in Wayne County. A portion of the project is located adjacent a newly-constructed solar farm. Existing wooded buffers along the streams have been preserved and cropland areas were planted with native hardwood trees to reduce fertilizer inputs into the streams.

Nitrogen (lb) and Neuse riparian buffer credits are available for sale to offset stormwater and buffer development impacts. The project service area is the Neuse River Basin HUC# 03020201, excluding the Falls Lake Watershed.
